Simple answers to common questions. And real people when you need them.
Getting started
agentEZ looks after how your business shows up online, so more people nearby find you and call. It works for any local business with customers to keep: cleaners, plumbers, salons, barbers, groomers, tutors, accountants and more.
Here's what EZ does for you:
- Checks your business online for free: your Google Business Profile, your website, your social pages and your photos.
- Fixes what it finds on your Google Business Profile, like your description, services, category, phone number and photos.
- Writes a reply to each new Google review.
- Writes a Google post a week, and up to two posts a week for your Instagram and Facebook.
- Builds you a website and puts it on your own web address.
EZ prepares every piece of work, and you approve, edit or skip each one. Nothing goes out without your yes.
Tell EZ the name of your business and pick it from the list. EZ then runs a free check of how your business shows up online. It takes about half a minute, and you don't need an account or a card for it.
The check only reads. It changes nothing on your Google Business Profile, your website or your social pages.
When it's done, EZ tells you how your profile is doing, shows you its plan to clean it up and grow it, and starts on the first things worth fixing, one at a time.
Free, before you pay:
- The free check of your Google Business Profile, your website, your social pages and your photos. No account or card needed.
- Your plan: how your profile is doing and what EZ will fix first.
- A start on the clean-up: EZ shows you up to three fixes, and you can approve up to two. They really go on your Google Business Profile, so to approve one you add your mobile number and connect Google.
- A website EZ builds for you from what it found, as a preview. Nobody can find it yet.
- An example post made from your own photos, so you can see what EZ would put on Instagram and Facebook. It isn't posted.
With the plan:
- The rest of the clean-up on your Google Business Profile, including your services list.
- Every new review answered, a Google post a week, and your holiday hours.
- Connecting Instagram and Facebook, and posts there.
- Your website on your own web address, where Google can find it and its contact form works.
- The Website, Inbox, Calendar and Results pages, and Billing.
- Texts from EZ when something needs your yes.
See Plans and pricing for the prices.
No. Every reply, post and change to your Google Business Profile arrives as a card in the chat. Most cards give you three choices:
- Approve sends it.
- Edit lets you change the words first.
- Skip drops it, and nothing is posted.
A few cards work a little differently, like a photo card, where you can change the photo instead of the words, or a holiday card, which asks whether you're open.
After you approve, you still have a couple of minutes to tap Change my mind before it goes. EZ never approves anything for you, and it never sends anything you haven't seen.
The menu on the left holds your pages:
- Chat is where EZ brings you work to approve.
- Photos is your photo library.
- Activity shows everything EZ has done for you, step by step.
- Website, Inbox, Calendar and Results appear once you're on the plan.
Your account menu holds Your profile, Connected accounts, Billing, Need help? (which opens Ask EZ), Appearance and Log out. Connected accounts shows up once you've connected something, and Billing once you're on the plan. Appearance switches agentEZ between System, Light and Dark. On a phone, the same menu is behind the three dots.
On the plan, a chip at the top right says how many things are waiting on you. Tap it to see the list and open any of them.
Open Photos in the menu on the left and upload them from your phone or computer. When EZ asks for new photos in the chat, you can also tap Add a photo on that card and send them from there. Once you're on the plan, you can text them to EZ too. Photos of your real work, your team and your place do best.
EZ checks each photo and tells you if one can't be used. Sending a photo never posts it: EZ uses it later in work you approve.
Everything you've sent is in Photos.
EZ uses the good ones where customers look:
- On your Google Business Profile, as your cover photo and in your photo gallery, with a new one about once a week.
- In your Instagram and Facebook posts, and in most of your Google posts.
- On your website.
Every photo that goes out arrives on a card first, and you approve it.
No. Your business, what the check found and everything you approved are saved. Open agentEZ again and EZ picks up where you left off.
If you haven't made an account yet, open agentEZ in the same browser. Once you verify your phone number, your work is saved to your account and you can sign in from any device.
Yes. agentEZ works in the browser on your phone and on a computer. A few steps with Instagram and Facebook can only be done in their phone apps, and EZ tells you when that's the case.
Your Google Business Profile
From the outside, EZ reads your Google Business Profile (including your photos and reviews), your website and your social pages. It looks at how easy you are to find, what people see when they look you up, whether your profile looks alive, and whether your website works on a phone and helps a customer get in touch.
From the outside is only half of it. A Google Business Profile has hundreds of settings inside that nobody can see until you connect it, and EZ reads those once you do.
To fix anything on it, yes. The free check works without connecting, but EZ can only change your Google Business Profile once you connect the Google account that manages it. If you skip it for now, EZ asks again, at most once a day.
Tap Connect on the card in the chat. Google shows you its own screen, where you pick your account and say yes. Leave the Business Profile box ticked. That screen is Google's, not EZ's, and EZ never sees your password.
Connecting changes nothing by itself. Nothing on your Google Business Profile changes until you tap Approve on a card. You can disconnect any time.
EZ can't make one for you. Make a free one at business.google.com, then come back and connect it.
EZ works on one business at a time. It reads the businesses on that account, which can take a moment when there are many, and asks which one to work on. If one of them matches the business you picked at the start, EZ chooses it for you.
To switch later, open Connected accounts in your account menu and choose Change business on your Google Business Profile.
The Google account you connected doesn't manage a Google Business Profile. It's usually a second account, like a personal Gmail instead of the one you use for the business.
Tap Try another account and sign in with the Google account that manages your business.
You don't have to fix it yourself. EZ finds what's missing or weak and writes the fix. Depending on your profile, that can be your description, your business category, your phone number, the link to your website, links to your social pages, or your service area. Your services list is fixed once you're on the plan.
Each fix arrives as its own card in the chat, with the new version written out. You Approve, Edit or Skip it, and after you approve you have a couple of minutes to tap Change my mind. For your phone number or service area, the card may ask you to type it in, because only you know it. On the services card, tap the x on a service to take it off the list.
Every fix you approve shows on your Activity page, with whether it's been sent and, for your description, when it's live on Google.
You can also change your services, phone number, website, hours and description yourself in Your profile. Once your Google Business Profile is connected, those changes go to it too. If your opening hours are missing on Google, EZ asks you for them in the chat.
Open Your profile in your account menu and tap your address to change it. You can also add service areas there. That is where you list the towns you travel to.
Your address on Google is set in Google itself, so there are two steps:
- Open your profile on Google (search for your business name while signed in, or go to business.google.com) and choose Edit profile, then Business location.
- To keep your address private, say you go to your customers, add your service areas and turn off Show business address to customers. Google then shows the areas you serve instead of a street address.
Google may ask you to verify again after an address change. EZ doesn't change your address on Google for you, so nothing is sent without you. To update the address EZ has on file for your business, open Your profile.
Tell EZ in the chat, for example "make a post". EZ writes it from your photos and puts it in the chat as a card, with your photo and caption. You Approve, Edit or Skip it. Nothing goes up until you approve.
EZ also writes a post a week for your Google Business Profile, and up to two a week for Instagram and Facebook. You can follow each one on your Activity page.
Before you connect Google, EZ reads your description from outside, the way a customer would, and sometimes Google doesn't show it there. When that happens, EZ says it couldn't read your current description and writes one you can compare with yours. It never says you have no description unless it actually saw that it's empty.
If EZ read your description and it's short, or doesn't say what you do and where, EZ writes a fuller one and says so. Yours is fine to keep: tap Skip if you'd rather not change it.
You don't have to upload them to Google. EZ picks the good ones from your photo library and puts them where customers look: your cover photo and your photo gallery, with a new photo about once a week.
Your logo is different: EZ uses the logo from your website, one you upload in Your profile, or, if it found none, one it made for you. The card says when it's one EZ made.
Each one arrives as a card in the chat with the photo on it. You Approve or Skip it. On a card with one photo, like your logo or cover, you can tap Change photo to use a different one, or Edit photo to move and zoom it in its frame (Go back to the original photo undoes that). On a card with a set of photos, tap the x on a photo to take it out, or Add photos to add more.
After you approve your cover or logo, you have a couple of minutes to tap Change my mind. A set of photos goes up to Google a few at a time over the next hours. A single new gallery photo is spaced about a week after the last one, so it may wait for its day.
Every photo that went up shows on your Activity page. To give EZ more to choose from, add photos in Photos.
You don't have to write the posts. EZ writes a Google post about once a week, about your business and usually with one of your own photos, and brings it to you as a card in the chat. When there's no good photo to go with it, the post goes up with words only. You Approve, Edit or Skip it.
After you approve, a post normally goes up a couple of minutes later. If EZ already put up a Google post in the last week, the new one waits for its day, at 9am your time, so your posts stay about a week apart. When that happens, EZ tells you the day, and Change my mind works until then.
Every post shows on your Activity page. On the plan, your Calendar shows each post on the day it goes up.
You don't have to write it. When a customer leaves a review with words in it, EZ writes the reply for you and brings it to you as a card in the chat, with the review above it. You Approve, Edit or Skip it, and after you approve you have a couple of minutes to tap Change my mind before it goes on Google.
On the plan, EZ checks for new reviews once a day and texts you when there's a reply waiting.
Every reply shows on your Activity page, marked Live once EZ has seen it on Google. On the plan, your reviews also show in your Inbox, where you can tap Reply to on one, or Mark as handled if you'd rather answer it yourself.
Friendly and short, 2 to 4 sentences, written as your business ("we", "our team"). EZ greets the customer by first name when they gave one and thanks them for what they said. It never signs with your name.
A reply never includes discounts, promises, phone numbers, links, emails, emoji or the customer's surname. You can edit every word before you approve.
EZ is written for English. If a review is in another language, EZ still tries, but read the reply carefully before you approve.
Reviews from the last 14 days. On your first day, EZ shows you up to 5 of those, worst first. After that, every new review with words in it gets a reply.
Some reviews don't get a reply card:
- A star rating with no words, because there's nothing to answer.
- A review you already answered yourself on Google. EZ sees your reply and doesn't write a second one.
- A review that looks like an advert, for example one with someone else's phone number, web address or email.
Reviews with 1 or 2 stars come first. EZ writes a calm, polite reply, and nothing goes out until you read it and say yes.
A few things that help: stay calm and thank them for the feedback, don't argue or share private details about the job, and edit the reply if you want to add something personal. Other customers read your reply as much as the review.
No. Only Google can remove a review. If you think one is fake or breaks Google's rules, report it yourself in Google Maps or on your Google Business Profile.
Not from EZ. In the couple of minutes after you approve, Change my mind stops it. Once it's posted, edit or delete it on Google directly.
Ask happy customers right after the job, with your Google review link. On the plan, if you have no reviews yet, your Results page gives you your review link to copy, or to send by text from your own phone.
EZ doesn't message your customers for you. And don't offer a discount or gift for a review: Google's rules don't allow it, and Google can remove those reviews.
If your Google Business Profile doesn't show your full opening hours, EZ asks you in the chat. Tap the days you're open, then pick the times. If some days keep different hours, like a short Saturday, tap Add different hours for other days. The line under the pickers shows exactly what Google will show. Nothing is sent until you tap Save my hours.
Your hours go to your Google Business Profile once it's connected, and your Activity page shows when they're sent. You can also change them yourself in Your profile.
You don't have to change them on Google yourself. Before a public holiday, EZ asks you in the chat whether you're Open as usual, Closed that day, or on Different hours. Open as usual leaves your hours as they are. Closed that day or Different hours go to your Google Business Profile for that day only, and your normal hours come back by themselves the day after. You have a couple of minutes to tap Change my mind. If you don't answer, EZ changes nothing.
On the plan, your Calendar shows the holidays coming up, and your Activity page shows what was sent.
Google only takes holiday hours on a profile that shows its regular opening hours. If yours has none, add them in Your profile first.
That's normal. Google reviews changes to a profile before it shows them, and that can take a few days.
If a fix EZ made changes on Google later, for example someone edits your description, EZ notices and offers you a fresh fix as a new card.
For your description and your review replies, EZ goes back and checks your Google Business Profile every 6 hours, and your Activity page shows the moment the change is live. Other changes show as sent once Google has them.
If Google has suspended your Google Business Profile, or hasn't verified it yet, Google blocks every change to it, and nothing EZ sends will go through.
Your Activity page tells you which one it is. Anything you approved isn't lost: it waits for your OK again, so you can send it once Google reinstates or verifies your profile. Getting reinstated or verified happens with Google directly.
Open Connected accounts in your account menu and choose Disconnect on your Google Business Profile. EZ stops working on it. Nothing already published is removed, and you can reconnect any time.
Your website
Yes. After you approve your first fix, EZ builds a website from what it found about your business: your services, your photos, your reviews and how to reach you. It's made to turn visitors into customers and help you show up on Google when people nearby search for what you do.
It starts on a preview address, so you can look at it before anyone else does. Google can't see it until it's on your own web address.
On the plan, open Website in the menu on the left. Three steps take it live:
- Make it yours: change any text or photo, then publish.
- Put it on your own web address. This is what lets Google list your site and switches on your contact form.
- Connect Google Analytics and Search Console, so you can see who visits. This unlocks once your own address is live.
These are steps you take yourself, and EZ does the technical work behind each one. Your Website page shows which are done.
Open Website and tap Edit my site. You can change the words and photos in every part of the page, add a section, change the layout and the design. When you publish, your changes go out straight away.
Yes, and it's included in your plan. On the Website page, choose one:
- Get a new address: pick a name, and EZ registers it for your business and connects it to your site.
- Use an address I already own: you sign in once to the company you bought it from and approve EZ. Your email keeps working.
Either way, EZ does the technical setup. Setting up an address can take a while, and you can leave the page while it finishes.
Yes. Once your website is on your own address, connect Google Analytics and Search Console from the Website page. One Google sign-in connects both, and EZ only reads your numbers. If you don't have them set up yet, EZ creates them for you.
Google can take up to 7 days to start sending numbers for a newly connected website. They show on your Results page.
To your Inbox, in the menu on the left. EZ also texts you when one arrives. The contact form switches on once your website is on your own web address.
Approving and Activity
The work is queued to go out, and you have a couple of minutes to change your mind. After that, EZ sends it to where it's going: your Google Business Profile, your Facebook Page or your Instagram.
A post may go up on a later day instead (see the next question). Every step shows on your Activity page.
Tap Change my mind on the card. While the work hasn't gone out yet, it's cancelled and nothing is sent.
Once the button greys out, the work has already gone. To change something that's already out, change it yourself on Google, Facebook or Instagram, or open a support ticket from the help center.
EZ spaces your posts out so your pages look steady instead of busy one day and empty the next. Google posts and new photos on your Google Business Profile go about a week apart, and Instagram and Facebook posts a few days apart.
So when something already went up recently, the next one waits for its day, and goes up at 9am your time. Your first post, or one that comes after a quiet stretch, goes up a couple of minutes after you approve. So does anything you asked EZ for yourself.
After you approve, EZ tells you the day. Until then, Change my mind still cancels it.
Every step of every piece of work, in plain words, newest first:
- EZ wrote a draft, or made a preview for you to look at.
- You approved it, rewrote it in your own words, skipped it, or changed your mind.
- It was posted, and whether EZ has checked that it's live.
- It didn't go through, and why.
- You connected an account, or EZ built your website.
You can search it, and filter by where the work went (Google profile, Website, Customers, Social, Other) and by date.
Sent means the work left EZ and reached Google, Facebook or Instagram.
Live means EZ went back, read the real page, and saw your change there. EZ can do that for your Google Business Profile description, your review replies, and your Instagram and Facebook posts. It checks every 6 hours for a few days. Everything else stops at sent.
When EZ confirms a change on your Google Business Profile is live, it saves a screenshot of Google as proof, right on your Activity page. Tap it to open it full size.
Sometimes the screenshot can't be taken. The change is still live: EZ read it on Google directly, and the picture is only extra proof.
Your Activity page says what stopped it and what happens next. The usual reasons:
- Google has suspended your profile, or hasn't verified it yet.
- Google or Meta didn't allow something in the post.
- The review it answers was deleted.
- Your Facebook Page is unpublished, or Instagram has paused posting for now.
- EZ isn't connected to that account any more.
- For holiday hours: your Google Business Profile has no regular opening hours yet.
Nothing is changed when this happens. In most cases the work waits for your OK again, so you can fix the cause and send it.
Inbox, Calendar and Results
Everything customers say to you, in one list: messages from your website's contact form, and your Google reviews. Each one says what it is and what to do next, like "Call them back today" or "Send a quick thank you". Things that don't look like a customer are sorted as junk.
The Inbox is on the plan. EZ texts you when something new needs you.
Yes. For a customer who wrote through your website, tap Send a text or Send an email, and EZ writes a first message you can change. Open my messages app or Open my email app puts it in your own app, and you press send there. EZ sends nothing itself.
A reply to a Google review goes through the chat as a card, and posts only after you approve it.
Everything you approved, on the day it goes out: posts, review replies and changes to your Google Business Profile, plus the holidays coming up. Tap an item to see what it says, where it goes and whether it's scheduled, sent or didn't go out.
How many people found you, on Google and on your website, compared with the week or month before.
Your Google numbers need your Google Business Profile connected. Your website numbers need Google Analytics and Search Console connected, and they can take up to 7 days to start.
Your account, texts and billing
agentEZ is one plan, with everything EZ does included. How you start paying depends on the offer EZ shows you when you start, and EZ always shows what you'll pay before you confirm.
If EZ offers 7 free days:
- 7 days free when you start.
- $9.99 a month for the next 3 months.
- $99 a month after that.
If EZ shows $9.99 today: that's your first payment, with no free days. You pay $9.99 a month for 3 months, then $99 a month.
The $9.99 price is for a limited time and a limited number of businesses, and a business gets it once. If it has ended when you start, you still get 7 free days, then the regular price.
The regular price is $99 a month. Paying ahead costs less:
- $225 every 3 months, which works out to $75 a month
- $828 a year, which works out to $69 a month
When you start, EZ shows you the ways to pay you can pick. On the monthly plan, you can switch to paying for a year from Billing (see "How do I change my plan?" below).
Prices are in US dollars.
Yes. You add a card and an email address when you start. When EZ offers 7 free days, nothing is charged today and your first charge is when they end: $9.99, or the regular price if the $9.99 offer has ended. EZ shows you the date and the amount before you start.
Cancel any time before that date and you pay nothing. The bank statement reads AGENTEZ COMPLETE PLAN.
On the monthly plan, open Billing in your account menu and tap Switch to annual. EZ shows you the new total first, with your unused monthly time taken off.
Any other change, like moving from yearly to monthly, is a support request. Open a ticket from the help center.
Open Billing in your account menu and tap Cancel subscription. It opens a secure page where you confirm.
Cancel during your 7 free days, if you have them, and you pay nothing. Cancel before the $99 starts and you don't pay it. After you cancel, everything keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. Changed your mind before then? Tap Keep my subscription in Billing.
EZ stops working on your Google Business Profile, your website and your social pages. Anything you approved that hadn't gone out yet is cancelled. Work already sent stays where it is, and everything you had in agentEZ stays saved. Photos you text EZ after your plan ends aren't kept.
To come back, start the plan again and EZ picks up where it left off.
Open Your profile in your account menu. You can change:
- Your business name, category and services.
- Your address, service areas, business phone, email, website and hours.
- Your logo, colors, font, tagline and the voice EZ writes in.
- Your social page links, and the description EZ uses on Google and your website.
- Your notification settings: your phone, text updates and email tips.
Once you're on the plan, EZ texts you when something needs you:
- A new review, with a reply written for you to look over.
- Somebody enquired through your website.
- A piece of work is written and ready for your OK, like this week's post.
- A holiday is coming up, to ask if you're open.
- EZ has run out of photos for your posts, and asks you for one.
- Instagram or Facebook still isn't connected.
- Your website is ready for its own web address.
- Something on your Google Business Profile changed after EZ fixed it, and a fresh fix is ready.
- Something needs your attention before EZ can keep working on your Google Business Profile.
- A quiet week: nothing came in and nothing is waiting.
When several things are waiting at once, they come as one text.
Texts only go between 9am and 9pm your time, and each one has a link that opens agentEZ.
Reply STOP to any text from EZ, or turn off SMS updates in Your profile. Reply START to turn them back on.
You can text photos. They go to your photo library, and EZ uses the good ones in your upcoming posts.
EZ can't take anything else by text. To approve work, answer a review or ask a question, open agentEZ. Approving always happens in the app, never by text.
With your phone number. EZ texts you a 6-digit code, and you type it in. There's no password.
You can run the free check before signing in. When you verify your phone, your work moves into your account.
If you pick a business that already has an agentEZ account, EZ tells you. If it's yours, log in with the mobile number on it, and EZ picks up where you left off. If it isn't, tap This isn't my account, and EZ starts your free check.
At the bottom of Your profile, tap Request to close my account and send the request as a support ticket. A person on the team handles it and gets back to you.
Connected Facebook and want only that data erased? See Facebook Data Deletion.
Open the help center and tap Open support ticket. Pick where you're having trouble, say what happened, and add a screenshot if it helps. A real person reads every ticket and texts you back, usually within a few hours.
English. Everything EZ writes for you, your posts, replies and website, is in English too. The plan is priced in US dollars.
In the United States and Canada. You can find a business in either country, and sign in with a US or Canadian mobile number. Prices are in US dollars in both.
Didn't find what you needed?
Ask EZ in chat and get an answer right now, or open a support ticket and a real person will take it from there.
Instagram and Facebook
No. Everything else works without them: your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your website. If you skip connecting them, EZ reminds you about once a week, and you can connect them any time from Connected accounts in your account menu.
Facebook, on a Facebook business Page, and Instagram, on a business account. You can post to one or both.
EZ doesn't post to TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, Nextdoor, Snapchat, WhatsApp or Yelp.
On the plan, EZ brings you a card in the chat to connect them. Tap it, and Facebook shows you its own screen, where you say yes. EZ connects your Facebook Page, and the Instagram linked to it, and tells you what it connected. It takes a couple of minutes, and EZ never sees your password.
Connecting posts nothing. Every post still comes to you first.
To see what's connected, connect later, or disconnect, open Connected accounts in your account menu.
You need a Facebook Page. That's the business side of Facebook, and it's the only place an app like EZ is allowed to post. You make one from your personal account in a couple of minutes, and it's free. Your personal profile stays private, and EZ never posts to it.
You don't have to work it out alone. Tell EZ on the card, and it walks you through making one in the chat, one step at a time with pictures. Tap Done, next after each step, or I am stuck for help with the one you're on.
When you're done, tap Check it worked, and EZ connects your new Page. You'll see it in Connected accounts.
EZ can only post to an Instagram business account. Switching is free, and you don't have to work it out alone: once your Facebook Page is connected, EZ brings you a card in the chat and walks you through switching and linking it to your Page, one step at a time.
Until then, EZ connects your Facebook Page only and posts there. Once your Instagram is switched and linked, you'll see it in Connected accounts.
You'll need your phone for this one. It can't be done on a computer, because Instagram's website doesn't have that setting. When linking comes up, EZ walks you through it in the chat, one step at a time.
You don't have to make the posts. EZ writes them: it picks one of your photos, writes a short caption, and brings the post to you as a card in the chat. You Approve, Edit the words, or Skip it. After you approve, it goes up a couple of minutes later, or, if a post went up in the last few days, on its own day at 9am your time. Change my mind works until it goes.
If EZ showed you a preview post during your free check, that's your first post, so there are no surprises.
Every post shows on your Activity page, marked Live once EZ has seen it on Facebook or Instagram. Your Calendar shows each one on the day it goes up.
Up to two posts a week, each one approved by you. Posts go out at least a few days apart. One that has to wait for its day goes up at 9am your time.
EZ needs photos to post, so it only posts when there's a photo it hasn't used yet. Adding photos to Photos keeps your posts coming.
From your own photos: the ones you add in Photos, the ones you send when EZ asks for photos in the chat or by text, and the ones EZ found on your website and pages. EZ skips blurry photos and photos it already used. It never makes up pictures: every post uses a real photo of your business.
No photos, no post. The easiest fix is to text EZ a few pictures of your work.
Warm and proud, written as your business. One or two short sentences, 2 or 3 hashtags, and at most one emoji. A caption never includes prices, phone numbers, links or claims about ratings. You can edit every word before you approve.
Yes, the words. Tap Edit on the card and change the caption. If what you write breaks a posting rule, for example it's too long, EZ asks you to fix it.
You can't change the photo on a post card.
Nothing goes up. When the next post is ready, the old card is marked Replaced by a newer post, so cards don't pile up. The same happens to a weekly Google post you didn't answer.
No. Delete it in the Facebook or Instagram app, like any other post.
No. Every post EZ makes is one photo with a caption. It doesn't post videos, reels, stories or several photos in one post.
EZ writes as your business ("we", "our team"), not as you personally, and it doesn't learn your style from your old posts. Edit any caption to make it sound more like you.
Of course. They're your accounts. Post whatever you like, any time.
EZ lost its connection to your Facebook and Instagram. A Facebook connection runs out after a while, and a password change can end it too. Open Connected accounts in your account menu and connect them again. The post waits for your OK, so you can send it once you have.
Open Connected accounts in your account menu and choose Disconnect. EZ stops posting. Nothing already published is removed.
